Residential Updates / Kudos
Our residential team has proudly sold 614KW of power spanning 65 homes. Currently we have completed the installation for 41 homes.

EMT shall be installed
as a complete system in accordance with 300.18 and shall
be securely fastened in place and supported in accordance
with 358.30(A) and (B).

place at least every 3 m (10 ft). In addition, each EMT run
between termination points shall be securely fastened
within 900 mm (3 ft) of each outlet box, junction box, device
box, cabinet, conduit body, or other tubing termination

Solar Gain is a growing company! Together we have experienced a lot of changes this year and have added many new faces and new talent – We are excited to increase our office space in Tucson, a much-needed expansion making room for our increased number of employees. Please reach out to new employees and welcome them aboard and take the time to get to know each other.
The commercial department continues to do excellent work in both California and Arizona. We are excited to be wrapping up Gospel Church in CA and Indi Apartments in Tucson. The crews are doing a great job on Quality Control, creating punch lists, and tracking our progress. Our electricians continue to produce top quality work, keeping our attention to detail focused on code.
Help us celebrate the progress in Residential: The Residential department is doing an outstanding job! The teams are growing, the installations look professional, and the customers are the happiest we’ve seen them this year! So far this year the Residential team has installed (XXXXXX)

Service Spotlights
Fountain of Life Church and Capistrano Apartments ~
The Service Department recently responded to 2 separate incidents involving delivery trucks driving directly into our solar car ports. Both canopies were struck by delivery trucks, leaving the scene with scattered modules, hanging conductors, twisted metal, and the urgency to make the scene safe. Solar Gain was on-site to secure the area as well as assess the damage.

Giving Back to the Community
Solar Gain has recenlty made a donation through the Arizona Builders Association that provided 15 backpacks to children in need. This enables 15 kids to start the school year off with shiny new backpacks.
The ABA funds 4 different not for profit agencies that provide social services to children in need.
Organizations Assisting in Backpack Distribution
RISE Services: A nonprofit organization that specializes in foster care services for children ages 0-18 years old.
Children First Academy: A school for over 250 children grades K-6 in Arizona, 100% who are at or below the poverty level and many of whom are
homeless.
Christian Family Care in Tucson: CFC is a non-profit agency serving vulnerable children by providing foster care, counseling, and adoption services in the Tucson area.
Arizona Baptist Children’s Services Tucson: Arizona Baptist Children’s Services (ABCS) serves at-risk families across Arizona by meeting physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Indy South – Tucson
Indy South is a 323.55 kWDC system consisting of 719 ZNShine 450W modules, 3 phase SE100kUS inverters, and SolarEdge P960 NA optimizers. First year anticipated production is 592 kWh.
Indy North – Tucson
Indy North is a 229.05 kWDC system consisting of 509 ZNShine 450W modules, 3 phase SE100kUS inverters, and SolarEdge P960 NA optimizers. First year anticipated production is 419 kWh.
Gospel Rescue – Stockton
Gospel is a 174.22 kWDC system consisting of 403 Tier 1 72 cell 410, 415, 450 Watt Astronergy modules, SolarEdge 66.6KUS inverters, and dual SolarEdge P960 optimizers. First year anticipated production is 254 kWh.

We can’t say thank you enough for your hard work constructing projects that have been challenging from every direction; all while preparing to start construction of the biggest portfolio in Solar Gain’s history.
Thanks to all your hard work, we are prepared for success and looking forward to having exciting projects in construction across both Arizona and California. The distances are huge, so there will be plenty of traveling in the future.
